Brian has more than 17 years of design experience relating to HVAC and Plumbing Engineering, staff management, and personnel mentorship.
Brian graduated from St. Martin's University with a B.S in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on Heat Transfer and Thermodynamics.
His professional interests include industrial design and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). At home, Brian and his wife Joan enjoy working on their small hobby farm, tending to as many as 50 chickens, a small group of Alpacas, and several honey bee hives.
Romeo rejoined the team as the company's Lead Draftsman. He is responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from developing company standards and training to working on complex projects requiring detailing in various Computer Aided Drafting & Design (CADD) formats.
Romeo has a combined 22 years of drafting and design experience. As an Architectural Designer, he managed the Naval Station Everett- Working Dog Kennel project from Schematic Design through Construction. As a Mechanical Designer, he managed the PDZA Elephant Barn project in its entirety, which included specialty pressurization and contamination control systems.
A retired US Army Veteran, Romeo is a true team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and production focused tenacity.
M. Clark Briggs is an accomplished Mechanical Engineering professional with over 17 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Building Science related design. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.
Clark has a proven track record of delivering high-quality mechanical design work, with a wide range of experience in project sizes and scopes, from K-12 schools to commercial, medical and military facilities.
Reginald Christor (Reggie) has 9+ years of design experience related to Hydronic design, Plumbing design, HAVC design and Energy Analysis. He graduated from Western Washington University with a B.A. in sustainable development.
Reggie is a jack of all trades with a wide range of project experiences stemming from providing ELCCA documentation and energy analysis for K-12 schools, Mid-High Rise residential hydronic/ plumbing design, FAA design work, Sound Transit, along with VA, Military facilities.
His personal interests include spending time with his family, working on home projects, making music, and playing fighting games.
Rachel Benda joined the team as a Mechanical Engineer, specializing in HVAC design and energy modeling. She earned her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis with a specialization in mechanics of materials and her Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Lewis and Clark College in Portland Oregon.
She is a Pacific Northwest native and is an avid explorer, pet parent, oil painter, woodworker and plant caretaker.
Brian McNeil is a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in HVAC, quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) and IT Support. Brian is dedicated to ensuring that all design projects and CAD execution meet the highest standards. In addition to this expertise, Brian is also a valuable asset in IT Support, able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently. Brian graduated from St. Martin's University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
Nichole is a highly skilled Mechanical Designer with a unique background that sets her apart from the rest. With a Bachelor's in Linguistics earned from the University of Washington in 2012, she brings a strong understanding of language and culture to our team.
With more than two years of experience in mechanical design and drafting, she has a solid understanding of the industry and is able to bring fresh ideas to the table. Her passion for the outdoors and love of hiking make her a valuable asset to our team, as she brings a creative and adventurous spirit to her work.
